Note for macOS users: Since macOS Catalina, a new file attribute com.apple.quarantine is added. A prompt window will appear saying the app is damaged when opening it. You need to run the following command:

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/BasicCAT.app

For now, there are two kinds of plugins: filter plugin and machine translation plugin.

You can download them here. The latest plugines are included in BasicCAT. In normal, there is no need to download them.

Remember to put jar and xml files in the plugins folder.
